This refund policy ("Policy") applies to the services ("Services") offered by Pubyrus Solutions ("us", "We", "Company") available via our web app (the "App").
**NO MONETARY REFUNDS**
All purchases of Services made through the App are final and non-refundable, as the Company offers a free starting credit to ensure the Services meet user needs before any purchase is made. We do not provide money refunds.
However, at our sole discretion, we may issue refunds in the form of service credits ("Credits") if a user shows the Service received was not satisfactorily good. The determination of whether a Service is "not satisfactorily good" shall be decided by the Company at its reasonable discretion.
To request a Credit refund, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." Please include details of the Service provided, why you believe it was not satisfactorily good, and any supporting information that may assist our review.
Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and notify you of the results of the evaluation within a reasonable time. If approved, the refund will be provided in the form of Credits which may be used exclusively for purchasing Services from the Company. These Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
